Cancellation and refund policy for participants of the Arbitration Winter Program is as follows:
The program fees paid are fully refundable when the program is cancelled by the Sommerhochschule. In all other cases the registration fee of € 100 is non-refundable, except when an applicant has been denied admission to the program.
Cancellations received on or before November 30, will entitle to a full refund minus the registration fee of € 100.
Cancellations received between December 1 and December 31, will entitle to a refund of 75% of the program fee.
Cancellations received between January 1 and January 31, will entitle to a refund of 50% of the program fee.
Cancellations received between February 1 and one day before the start of the program will entitle to a refund of 25% of the program fee.
For cancellations received after the program has begun no refund can be made.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
